At GOW we believe we are lucky! We believe we have an environment which is unique and like no other in the Recruitment industry. Our values of professionalism and fun are weaved into everything we do. From candidates to clients our staff are actively encouraged to take the time to get to know the people we deal with, because after all, recruitment is a relationship game and without relationships we wouldn’t have a business.
Our internal culture is much the same; our staff are given the responsibility to run their own business. GOW provides the infrastructure, training and support in which do so, and our management team, indeed all our staff are there to lend a hand, or to offer advice when needed.
We ostensibly have three operating functions, all of which are of equal importance to our business. Our operating functions are as follows:
Front line Recruiters – Our Recruiters are responsible for the end to end recruitment process. From Business Development, to Candidate Sourcing to Candidate Screening and Interviewing to ultimately placing the candidate in the right role at the right time – after all that’s what recruitment is – placing candidates in jobs.
Operations – Our Operations team comprises, Candidate Management, Marketing, Events Management, Office & Project Management and Reception.
