Our Recruitment methodology has been built with the intention of being transparent and honest throughout the entire process. If upon meeting you and your business, we can’t help you, we will say so and out of courtesy we will advise you on a more appropriate course of action.

Target Search (Building a Market Profile) – We take pride in our Research capability and we consider it to be a cornerstone of our business. Our clients have the option of requesting a bespoke market profile to help them better understand the market in which they are operating and to assist them to make a more informed and timely recruitment decision.

Screening and Interviewing – The GOW Recruitment team are experienced industry professionals and as such they conduct thorough interviews in person with each and every candidate put forward on a shortlist. Moreover, we have the flexibility to tailor our interview process to suit a specific recruitment assignment or our clients’ needs.
