We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join a dynamic team within the travel sector. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across customer service, office support, and digital platforms.

This position is key to ensuring a professional experience for clients while providing essential support to the Product and Management teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment with plenty of on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries and processing booking information
  • Providing administrative support to Product and Management teams, including documentation and data entry
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitoring social media profiles and assisting with content
  • Processing online program recordings
What we’re looking for:
  • A bright, positive personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous customer service experience with a strong client focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer proficiency, ideally with MS Office and CRM Systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
