Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries and processing booking information
- Providing administrative support to Product and Management teams, including documentation and data entry
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring social media profiles and assisting with content
- Processing online program recordings
- A bright, positive personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous customer service experience with a strong client focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer proficiency, ideally with MS Office and CRM Systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
