Your responsibilities
- Lead and support AI innovation project work from discovery through to delivery.
- Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, digital apps, and automation workflows.
- Work with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and prototyping tasks.
- Explore and adopt new AI platforms and tools as they emerge.
- Build and configure AI agents using Co-pilot Studio (exposure or interest ideal).
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to move, transform, and align data across multiple databases.
- Act as a generalist who can support small to medium innovation projects end-to-end.
- Partner with change management teams to help users adopt new apps, bots, and AI tools.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, workflows, apps, and data-driven tools.
- Build apps, extract information, develop automations, and launch new solutions to the business.
- Deliver practical, user-friendly innovation solutions that solve real problems.
- Experience working on innovation, digital, or AI-focused projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python.
- A passion for learning and experimenting with new AI technologies.
- Understanding of databases, data flows, and data analytics fundamentals.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across teams.
