Key responsibilities include assisting with trade execution and settlements, off market / B2B transfers, client communications, client onboarding, preparation and processing of advice and account documentation, SOAs and ROAs, FoFA administration, and liaising with product providers and internal stakeholders.
You will also support portfolio administration, investment implementation, compliance processes, and client relationship management.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial planning administration, adviser support or client services
- Experience with producing simple and complex SOAs, ROAs, OFAs and Fee Disclosure Statements
- RG146 compliance
- Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, superannuation and investment products
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning strategies and products including wealth protection, superannuation, non-Super investment solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
