You will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processes, and effective coordination between internal teams, external legal partners, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, maintain and archive files, databases, spreadsheets and records
- Process settlement payments and support officer functions as required
- Document coordination and administration
- Monitor shared inboxes and action tasks efficiently
- Assist with financial reporting, invoice processing and monthly reconciliations
- Liaise with external law firms and third-party providers
- Based in Melbourne CBD or Sydney
- Workers compensation admin experience (highly regarded)
- High attention to detail, strong organisation
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative, Agile team player
- Strong cross-business relationship builder
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
