  Exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative and operational support across workers compensation, public liability and litigation functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processes, and effective coordination between internal teams, external legal partners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open, maintain and archive files, databases, spreadsheets and records
  • Process settlement payments and support officer functions as required
  • Document coordination and administration
  • Monitor shared inboxes and action tasks efficiently
  • Assist with financial reporting, invoice processing and monthly reconciliations
  • Liaise with external law firms and third-party providers
Skills & Experience
  • Based in Melbourne CBD or Sydney
  • Workers compensation admin experience (highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills
  • Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative, Agile team player
  • Strong cross-business relationship builder
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
