We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation and implementation program for our client. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys working across complex projects, and can influence outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for analysing, documenting, and implementing solutions that enhance front, middle, and back-office processes while driving efficiency and improving the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to understand strategy, objectives, and operating model requirements.
- Lead analysis across multiple workstreams to define business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Map and optimise current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Produce clear, high-quality business documentation to support delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and project efficiency.
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
- Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation or implementation programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Exposure to Agile environments and configurable systems.
