- Manage and triage multiple shared inboxes, prioritising and allocating tasks effectively
- Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Coordinate travel, follow-ups, and document version control
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all communications and materials
- Strong administrative experience, ideally gained in a professional or corporate environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
