Our client is a leading global fund manager is looking for multiple experienced operations staff to join there Australian business. The roles are across Unit Pricing, Fund Administration, Middle Office, Corporate Actions and Client Services.
- Corporate Actions - coordinating with custodians, brokers, and internal teams (such as operations and portfolio management) to confirm elections, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate records. Overall, the corporate actions team helps protect the fund’s assets, ensure compliance, and minimise operational risk while supporting smooth investment operations.
- Client Services - working closely with internal teams such as operations, portfolio management, and distribution to resolve issues, onboard new clients, process account changes, and maintain high service standards. Overall, Client Services helps maintain strong client relationships and ensures a smooth experience for investors in the firm’s funds.
- Fund Administration - ensures the fund operates smoothly by handling accounting, valuations, compliance reporting, and investor servicing. This separation also provides transparency and independent verification of the fund’s financial information.
- Middle Office - include trade validation, risk management, performance analysis, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
The client requires at least two years experience at a Fund / Asset Manager, Custodian or within the Super industry.
