This is a hands-on temporary role supporting senior leadership while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This dual-position role will see you providing high-level executive support while also managing office operations to ensure an efficient and professional environment.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, board packs, and presentations
- Travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and briefing papers
- Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing office operations and facilities
- Managing suppliers and service providers
- Coordinating team events and internal functions
- Ensuring a polished and well-run office environment
- Proven experience as an EA supporting senior executives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Available immediately or at short notice
