An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a professional, fast-paced organisation based in the Melbourne CBD.

This is a hands-on temporary role supporting senior leadership while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This dual-position role will see you providing high-level executive support while also managing office operations to ensure an efficient and professional environment.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, board packs, and presentations
  • Travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and briefing papers
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Office Management Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing office operations and facilities
  • Managing suppliers and service providers
  • Coordinating team events and internal functions
  • Ensuring a polished and well-run office environment
About You
  • Proven experience as an EA supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available immediately or at short notice
