to join their Sydney-based team. This role provides high-level executive support to five Directors You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing support team.

- Executive diary management for five Directors, including complex scheduling
- Coordination of domestic and international travel
- Preparation of meeting materials and general administrative support
- Liaison with internal stakeholders including IT, Finance and Operations
- Proven experience in an EA or senior Team Assistant role
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 capability (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Professional, discreet and detail-focused approach
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
