You will play a critical role across diary management, administration, campaign coordination, operational support, and ensuring the day-to-day function of the business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive support to a high performing Principal
- Extensive diary, inbox and calendar management
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and property campaigns
- Managing communication and stakeholder coordination
- Assisting with administration, documentation and operational tasks
- Supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement
- Prioritising competing deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within real estate is essential
- Experience supporting a Principal or high performing sales agent preferred
- Current Real Estate Certificate required
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales environment
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resourceful and solutions focused
- High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
