As a Graduate Paraplanning Administrator within this group, you will be tasked with Maintaining adviser and client data, coordinating paraplanning workflow and gathering client information for advice preparation, assisting with research and ensure documentation meets compliance standards, providing a gold standard service to the senior paraplanner and advisor network nationally.
To be successful in this role you will be internal and external client focused with excellent interpersonal skills that enables you to easily build rapport. You will also exhibit a genuine interest in Financial Planning, and have a proven ability to prioritise, multitask and meet strict deadlines. High attention to detail, organisational skills and strong IT skills are required. Experience using XPLAN is highly desirable. Full training and professional development will be provided to the successful candidate.
