Join a Leading In-House Legal Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Junior Paralegal to join the internal legal team of a major ASX-listed technology organisation. This temp-to-perm role offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-house experience within a highly regarded legal function that supports a complex, fast-moving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, or briefs
- Support matter management, including file administration and document organisation
- Help prepare compliance documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
- Provide general administrative and paralegal support to the broader legal team
- Studying Law or recently completed a Legal Studies or Law degree
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal stakeholders
- Confident with MS Office; previous experience with legal or contract management systems is advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from a team of experienced in-house lawyers
