We are seeking a friendly, proactive Community Associate to join a vibrant coworking space in the Sydney CBD. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone with a hospitality or events background who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.

You will be the face of the space, ensuring the environment runs smoothly day-to-day while supporting events, member engagement, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of house reception and welcoming members and guests
  • Coordinating and assisting with member and corporate events
  • Providing high-level hospitality and ensuring a premium member experience
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining presentation of shared spaces and meeting rooms
  • Assisting with member queries and building strong community relationships
About You
  • Background in hospitality, events, hotels, or customer service
  • Warm, professional, and confident dealing with clients and guests
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
