- Front of house reception and welcoming members and guests
- Coordinating and assisting with member and corporate events
- Providing high-level hospitality and ensuring a premium member experience
- Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Maintaining presentation of shared spaces and meeting rooms
- Assisting with member queries and building strong community relationships
- Background in hospitality, events, hotels, or customer service
