Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various business units, project teams, and senior management, facilitating smooth workflow and communication.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal and external events, including team-building activities and client meetings, to promote company culture and strengthen relationships.
- Tender Support: Assist the Estimating Team by organising and compiling professional tender documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supplier and Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for external clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, fostering positive relationships and representing the company's professional image.
- Internal Communication: Enhance employee engagement by facilitating effective internal communication and organizing social activities to promote a cohesive work culture.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
