We’re seeking a highly organised Office Coordinator
to support a busy construction office on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house and day-to-day office operations
- Provide admin support to senior managers and project teams
- Assist with tender submissions and coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Manage meeting rooms, supplies, catering, and facilities
- Support internal communication, events, and onboarding
- Previous office admin/coordination experience
- Strong MS Office and organisational skills
- Great communication and a proactive mindset
