We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join a dynamic Melbourne-based business. This is a pivotal role combining hands-on office management with high-level executive support.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing seamless administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient environment
  • Manage supplies and facilities
  • Coordinate team events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain systems, processes, and office procedures
Personal Assistant Support
  • Complex diary management and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
About You:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or EA
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
