Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient environment
- Manage supplies and facilities
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain systems, processes, and office procedures
- Complex diary management and scheduling
- Coordinate travel
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or EA
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
