As the Corporate Operations Manager, you’ll be the central point of coordination across the business, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the leadership team. You’ll oversee office management, manage suppliers and systems, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure compliance and HR processes are up to date.
This is a diverse, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys wearing many hats and being across all facets of a corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of office management — facilities, systems, suppliers, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ASIC
- Support accounts administration, including AP and liaising with external suppliers
- Coordinate HR administration, onboarding, contracts, and staff communications.
- Provide IT and systems support, managing hardware, software, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with reporting and project coordination across business units.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and team effectiveness.
You’ll bring strong experience in office or operations management within a corporate or property environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
