to join a leading professional services firm on a 12-month contract.
The Role:
As a PA, you will provide dedicated support to senior professionals, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage day-to-day administration, coordinate meetings, and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary and inbox management for senior leaders
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and events
- Processing expenses and assisting with billing
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing general administrative and project support as required
You are an experienced PA who brings energy, professionalism, and exceptional organisational skills. You thrive in busy environments, anticipate needs, and build strong relationships across all levels.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven PA or administrative experience in professional services (or similar corporate environment)
