We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to 3 Partners
within a leading professional services firm.
This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing high-level administrative support to 3 busy Partners
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing documents, presentations ( must have PPT experience), and reports
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Assisting with expenses, billing, and other administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience as a PA/EA in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
