You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, and the wider business to drive transformation, streamline processes, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver investment operations projects across multiple business functions.
- Gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements and process designs.
- Partner with technology teams to define business needs and support system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain process maps, project plans, and tracking documentation.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across initiatives.
- Support testing, validation, and training activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery success.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management within funds management or financial services.
- Deep understanding of global financial instruments and investment operations processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver complex projects on time.
- Collaborative approach with the confidence to influence outcomes.
