Our client, a well-established glass company based in Revesby, is seeking a Sales Support / Administrator to assist their busy sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with customers, the sales team, and production staff—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Follow up on quotes and outstanding orders to ensure timely communication
- Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
- Data entry and maintenance of sales records and customer databases
- Create and manage job files, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Assist with invoicing, accounts, and general filing
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- General office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Previous experience in sales support or administration (experience in glass, building, or construction industries highly regarded)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of glass products or a willingness to learn
