As a Team Administrator within this group, you will be tasked with Maintaining and updating adviser and client data, coordinating workflow and gathering / processing client information, assisting with research and ensuring documentation meets compliance standards, providing a gold standard service to the wider team and advisor network nationally.
To be successful in this role you will be internal and external client focused with excellent interpersonal skills that enables you to easily build rapport. You will have a proven ability to prioritise, multitask and meet strict processing / administrative deadlines, High attention to detail, organisational skills and strong IT skills are required.
Specifics:
- Hold or working towards completing Banking and finance / Commerce or financial planning degree
- 1 to 2 years of general financial services experience in a fast-paced processing environment
- Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft Office
- Self-Starter and positive professional approach
