Dealing with high-net-worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had at least one to three year’s market experience in Wealth management operations / Portfolio Administration .
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Building portfolios and ensuring accurate cost base records are entered.
- Linking of external portfolio accounts and data feeds
- Tracking receipt of assets from external brokers and platforms
- Conducting ongoing Cash and Stock reconciliations
- Prepare documentation for third-party investments, such as managed fund applications.
- Process Account closures
- Handle general investment portfolio administration and account investigation queries
- Organise Managed Fund Applications and Redemption's while ensuring accurate updates for CGT processing.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly and Annual Tax Reports for clients as needed.
- Reconcile Corporate Actions and extend support when required.
- Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their account queries and offering general administration assistance.
- Assisting in adhoc projects
- Proficiency with IRESS is desired
