Timesheets

You should already have received your system generated email with your login details for the Astute Payroll Portal.

You will need to login to the portal to complete your personal details, so you are ready for payroll.

You will submit your weekly timesheets through the Astute Payroll Portal, which will be sent onto your timesheet approver for approval before the GOW Payroll Team finalise your wages.

Your wages will be paid into your nominated bank account on a fortnightly basis. Here you can access the 2021 GOW Pay Dates.

Electronic Timesheets must be submitted and approved by your Hiring Manager by 10am every Monday. Late timesheets may result in non-payment in that fortnightly payroll cycle. Please see GOW Pay Dates for fortnightly pay cycles.

You can access and download your payslip through the Astute Payroll Portal.
